Percurso de BTT (aproximadamente 25 Km)
Inicio do percurso em traçado urbano, passando pelo típico bairro da Fonte Nova, a caminho do Castelo de S. Filipe em Setúbal (de momento encerrado para restauro).
Em seguida, percorremos a antiga Estrada Romana e após cruzar a estrada N10, paragem obrigatória no miradouro da Capela de S. Luis da Serra.
De seguida rumámos até Palmela, atravessando pelo Vale de Barris de onde se começa a avistar o ultimo objetivo da volta - o Castelo de Palmela.
Após a subida pelo centro histórico da vila, chegamos finalmente ao castelo, onde podemos desfrutar da magnifica vista.
De regresso a Setúbal, a descida faz-se pelo jardim da encosta do castelo e pela popular estrada da cobra.

Mountain bike ride with about 25 Km.
The ride begins with a urban route through the typical neiborhood of Fonte Nova, on the way to the Castle of St. Philip in Setubal (currently closed for restoration).
Then we headed to the ancient Roman Road and after crossing the N10, it is almost mandatory to stop at the viewpoint of the Chapel of St. Luis.
We headed to Palmela, through the Barris valley where we begin to see the ultimate objective of the ride, the Palmela Castle.
After rising through the historic center of the village, finally we reached the castle, where the view is magnificent.
On the way back to Setúbal, the descent is through the castle hillside garden and the popular "sanke road".
