Subida às antenas da Arrábida. Climb to the transmission center of Arrábida

Subida às antenas através da 7ª Bateria (antiga instalação militar abandonada), No topo da subida, pedalando mais cerca de 200m, há um miradouro do lado direito, onde é possível apreciar o lado norte da Arrábida, com vista para o vale e serra do Louro. Durante os meses de verão, é a volta ideal para evitar o transito para as praias, sendo possível continuar até Sesimbra ou Azeitão ou regressar a Setúbal pela Comenda.

Climb to the Arrábida transmission center through the 7th Battery (old abandoned military installation). At the top of the climb, pedaling over about 200m, there is a gazebo on the right where you can enjoy the north side of the Arrábida, overlooking the valley and Serra do Louro. During the summer months it is the ideal ride to avoid traffic to the beaches. It is possible to continue to Sesimbra and Azeitão or return to Setúbal passing by Comenda.
